DURATION

The “P&G Cuida tu Cabello” sweepstakes will begin on February 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (AST) and end on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (AST). This period will be referred to hereinafter as the “Sweepstakes Period”. Each consumer will need to make every purchase during the Sweepstakes period and will have until March 1, 2025, at 11:59pm to submit their participation.

To participate without a purchase, the consumer will also have until March 1, 2025, to submit the entry by mail, and the postmark date on the envelope sent by mail must prove it.

OFFICIAL RULES

The Official Sweepstakes Rules are available at the official page: www.pgcuidatucabello.com. If there is any conflict between the content of the Official Rules and the content of the advertising or promotional sweepstakes material, the Official SweepstakesRules will prevail. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to abide by the SweepstakesRules.

ELIGIBILITY

All-natural persons who are legal residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and are eighteen (18) years old or over at the time they submit their entry will be eligible to enter, as described in these Rules. Persons included in any of the following categories will not be eligible to participate or win a prize:

• Individuals who do not meet the requirements described herein or who cannot demonstrate that they meet such requirements.

• Employees of the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers;employees of the providers of the Sweepstakes prizes and/or their respective advertising, public relations, and/or promotional agencies and their respective agents, who in any way may be involved in the development, production,implementation and/or supervision of any stage of this Sweepstakes.

• Immediate family members of the individuals excluded in part (b) above (i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) or individuals who reside under the same roof with any of the persons excluded in part (b) above, who may or may not be their relative.

This Sweepstakes is limited to the geographical area of Puerto Rico and is subject to all applicable local and federal laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER

No Purchase necessary to participate

To enter, each eligible person must purchase 2 products from participating P&G brands, save his/her receipt and access www.pgcuidatucabello.com during the Sweepstakes Period. You must provide the following information as a participant: first and last name, city of residence, email, date of birth, and photo of the purchase receipt of the participating products. The receipt must have the 2 participating P&G brand products purchased, be dated within the Sweepstakes Period and be from one of the participating establishments described in Section 6 of this document.

Alternate participation methods (no purchase necessary to participate or to participate with a purchase but without access to the internet). To enter without a purchase or with a purchase but without access to the internet, you may visit the Administrator's offices in San Juan to receive an entry coupon. Coupons will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. beginning Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, and ending Thursday, February 27, 2025. Coupons must be sent by mail to the following postal address: Puerto Rico Hair Care Sweepstakes, PO Box 5024, Freeburg, IL 62243-5024. To participate without making a purchase but through the website, you can print the entry coupon available on the sweepstakes website www.pgcuidatucabello.com, fill in the requested information, and mail it to the address provided during the Sweepstakes Period. One free entry per consumer daily on the dates mentioned above.

Conditions and Limitations for Entering:

Participants must also meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Only one entry per person per day;

• The receipt photos must be in a jpg, jpeg, gif or png format and a maximum file size of 10 mb.

• By submitting a sweepstakes entry, the participant expressly acknowledges that their entry does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Ineligible Entries: Incomplete and inaccurate entries, and entries that infringe or may infringe on the rights of third parties, or that fail to adhere to the instructions set forth in these Rules, will not be eligible; Entries made by one individual under various names or with the same purchase receipt are also ineligible, and such attempts will be considered fraudulent. Entries that infringe on the rights of third parties or that attempt to violate in any way the entry instructions or to damage the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes or any of its elements will be considered fraudulent; the Sponsor by himself and/or designated agents reserve the right to prosecute the participant before the pertinent government authorities for the corresponding civil and/or criminal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each entry must contain all the required information for it to be valid, will become the property of Procter & Gamble Commercial LLC., and will not be returned.

Points of sale are NOT responsible for the sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners (subject to verification) will be selected electronically and randomly in a drawing to be conducted by the web page manager, Archer Corporate Services, 6703 Haggerty, Suite B, Belleville, MI 48111. Any decision made by the Sweepstakes Sponsor and/or Administrator shall be final and binding in every aspect.

For purposes of this promotion, one (1) winner and one (1) alternative winner will be chosen for each prize; winners will be selected and notified on Friday, March 7, 2025.

ODDS

The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE

Potential winners will be notified on Friday, March 7th through an email message stating the following: “Greetings, you have been chosen as a winner in the P&G Cuida tu Cabello sweepstakes. Please contact us through email within the next 7 days for information on how to claim your prize.” Upon receipt of the message, the person must reply through email within 7 days of being notified as the winner. Once the winner communicates, he/she will then be provided with the details for claiming the prize, as stipulated in these Rules, including a unique code that the winner must submit when claiming his/her prize and as a requirement for its delivery. In case no reply is received from the winner within 7 days of the initial notification, an attempt will be made to contact the corresponding alternative winner through the same process (email). The alternative winner (subject to verification) must reply through email within 7 days of being notified as an alternative winner in order to receive the details for claiming his/her prize and the unique code to be submitted at the time of claiming the prize, as is described above in this section. If no answer is received from the alternative winner within 7 days of having been notified as winner, the alternative winner will be disqualified, and the Sponsor may dispose of the prize at his sole discretion.

After having been officially notified, the winner (or alternative winner if applicable) must claim his/her prize personally on the date and hour specified in the email sent with the claim code. If the winner cannot attend on the date provided, he/she should notify the Administrator to coordinate a new date. The winner will have until April 7th, 2025, to claim his/her prize at the offices of the Administrator, located at Industrial Mario A. Julia, 455 Street A, Suite #4, San Juan, PR. Each winner must present the claim code provided when notified as winner. If the prize is not claimed during the period and hours indicated above, or if the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules are not met, the prize will be considered refused in its entirety and the Sponsor may dispose of the prize at his sole discretion.

Once the “Official Notice” is made, the Sponsor and Administrator will have the right (but are not required) to publish the name, address (city, PR), and prize category of the winner or winners (subject to verification) through any means of communication, including the Internet. To claim the prize, the notified winner must appear at the indicated location, on the date and time provided, and bring with him/her the authentic proof requested by the Administrator to verify his/her identity, residence, and age as conditions of eligibility, including, but not limited to, a valid and current identification, with his/her photo and signature, issued by the government, as well as the unique code sent by the Sponsor with the Official Notification. As a condition for delivery of the prize, the winner is required to sign a Waiver of Responsibility for advertising purposes, his/her behalf, and his/her heirs and successors. The winner accepts that the Sponsor may require the documentation and evidence he deems satisfactory, at his sole discretion, to verify identity, age, and legal residence before delivering any prize, including a current identification, with photo and signature. If the winner has not complied with the documentation requirement within the period established to claim the prize, the prize will be considered refused in its entirety.

The participant understands and agrees that, in addition to the conditions described in these Rules, prizes are also subject to any other restrictions established by the suppliers of the prizes. Participants will be responsible for ensuring their understanding of all the terms and conditions applicable to the prizes and established by the suppliers. The winner expressly and willingly releases the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, or any other entity directly related to its operations of any such obligation, as well as any claim with respect to the restrictions established by suppliers.

Payment of any duties or taxes imposed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the Government of the United States of America applicable to the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner, who expressly and willingly releases the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, agencies or any other entity directly related to its operations of any such obligation. The Sponsor will issue all necessary tax documents. Participants will be responsible for ensuring their understanding of all the applicable terms and conditions upon receipt of the prizes.

The prize is not transferable or substitutable for cash or other prizes, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize cannot be replaced once delivered if it is lost, misplaced, or stolen. The prize cannot be sold, relinquished, swapped, or transferred to a third party by the winner. The prize includes exclusively what is described in the prize description in these Official Rules. Any Prize specifications not expressly set forth in the Rules will be at the Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to availability. APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as well as the United States of America. By entering this Sweepstakes, Participants acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and also acknowledge and agree to be solely and exclusively subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and any applicable federal law or regulation of the United States of America.

Any matter or question that may arise regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Rules, or of the rights and responsibilities of the participants and the Sponsor in connection to this Sweepstakes, will be ruled by and interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Should any provision of these Rules or the application of any provision to any person or circumstance be declared invalid, unenforceable, or void, such decision will not invalidate or void the remaining Rules.

AUTHORIZATION FOR USE IN ADVERTISING

Each participant and winner grant the Sponsor, the Administrator, their affiliates, their advertising, public relations, and promotion agencies, the right to publish and announce his or her name, person, voice, or image in any media worldwide and without time limits, including the Internet and any social media, without additional notification, compensation, or review rights. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to being interviewed, photographed, and recorded during the delivery of the prize and in relation to the prize, and agrees to provide all the cooperation needed with respect to any reasonable promotional or advertising activity that may arise from said prize. Any resulting material, including the winner’s name, images and comments, photos and videos/audiovisuals resulting from those interventions may be used by the Sponsor for promotional and marketing and commercial purposes, at his sole discretion, including print, broadcasts, and Internet, without additional compensation, worldwide and without time or space restrictions.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to follow the strict application of these Rules in all their terms and accept that all decisions taken by the Sponsor are final and binding. By entering this Sweepstakes, the Participant willingly accepts any liability or risk that may arise from his or her participation and, by entering, agrees to: defend, release, indemnify, and hold harmless from all liability (collectively “Exonerate”) the Sponsor, the Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, branches, affiliates, agents, advertising, public relations, and promotion agencies, as well as their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, agents, and any other entity directly involved in the development, implementation, and/or operation of this Sweepstakes (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, lawsuit, action, claim, complaint, accidents, losses, damages, including but not limited to personal injury (including disability, loss of earnings, and death), damage to property, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that may result of, or in connection with, his/her participation in this Sweepstakes and/or in the stages of claiming, verification, redeeming, delivery, possession and/or use of a prize, the use of his/her computer/equipments to enter, or while participating in any activity related to the Sweepstakes or the prize; (ii) exonerates the Released Parties from any typographical, technical, or human error, including but not limited to errors in advertising, printing, errors in these Rules or in the Sweepstakes’ materials, or from inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, or incorrect information provided in the entry that results in problems, errors, or delays in the notification, verification, or publication of the winner/prize or in the delivery of the prize; (iii) exonerates the Released Parties from any unintentional human or technical error in the implementation of the Sweepstakes; (iv) exonerates the Released Parties from any human or technical error, faults, delays, failures, congestion, fraud, unauthorized intervention (including hacking) or other failures in network connections, in lines, servers, in the Internet, antennas, satellites, telephones, in computer(s), wired and wireless equipments, hardware, software, programming errors, computer viruses and bugs, or other technical defects or failures that may result in transmissions/entries/messages/notifications/votes/prize deliveries that are late, delayed, incomplete, destroyed, omitted, undecipherable, duplicated or that in any other way limit the user's ability to access the Sweepstakes, the web page, participation in the registration process, voting processes, or within the required dates/times; or the timely delivery of a prize or part of a prize, or that may prevent or undermine the operational capacity of this Sweepstakes in part or in its entirety, including the adequate operation of its website, as planned; (v) exonerates the Released Parties for any cause directly or indirectly attributable to the participant, the winner or any force majeure or accidental cause, including but not limited to any action, regulation, order, or petition on the part of any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (regardless of whether the action, regulation, order, or petition is later found to be invalid), technical equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquakes, war, fires, flooding, explosions, severe weather conditions, hurricanes, embargoes, labor disputes or strikes (whether legal or illegal) unexpected shortage of personnel or materials, transportation failure of any kind, power failure, intentional absence from work, civil disturbances, insurrection, riots, or any other cause beyond reasonable control of the Released Parties; (vi) exonerates the Released Parties from any reasonable delay in delivering the prize, subject to applicable DACO (Department of Consumer Affairs) regulations; (vii) agrees that the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with these Rules; (viii) agrees that if, for any reason, an element of the Sweepstakes is not working as planned due to technical failures or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control, that may affect the security, administration, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and distribute any vacant prizes among the entries received up to that time.

The titles and headers of the different sections in these Official Rules are included for reference purposes only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define, or limit the scope or intent of the Official Rules. Any reference to names or pronouns or any variation in the Official Rules or to the Sweepstakes promotional material will be deemed to include the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular, and plural forms, as required by the identity of the person(s), whether a natural person or a corporation.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting his/her entry to this Sweepstakes, the participant affirms that he/she has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions in these Official Rules of the Sweepstakes. These rules are subject to modification as provided by the applicable laws and regulations. If the Sponsor does not implement any of the terms and conditions stated herein, either in whole or in part, it shall not constitute a waiver of such condition or term.
